About Us

I am a somatic trauma informed coach who provides coaching sessions for women who have suffered narcissistic abuse.
This is a place to share my stories - both the setbacks and the victories. When we mourn the loss of a relationship with a narcissist, we are not only grieving the loss of the physical person but also the person we thought they were. The hardest part is letting go of the illusion of their representative and accepting the truth of who they are. It is not a linear process but a series of wins and setbacks. During the healing journey we must first learn to love ourselves and know our worth and then use our voice to set boundaries and let others know how we expect to be treated.
