Library Aide
Under the supervision of the Library Supervisor and the Youth Services Supervisor, the Part-Time Library Aide is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons and staff who come from various backgrounds and ages, including underserved and marginalized View our part-time benefits summary here. Minimum Requirements: High School equivalency, demonstrated interpersonal skills, aptitude for detailed work, and the ability to multi-task. Two years of customer service-related experience desired. Bi-lingual in communities. Public services such as helping patrons troubleshoot their android and iOS devices, public printers, and computers with patience and empathy are the primary functions of this position.
