Utility Engineer
Description
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Utilities, Provides professional guidance and support to the Utilities Department; manages departmental projects and process workflows; plays a lead role in planning, directing, and coordinating departmental activities programs and processes, performs complex engineering and engineering support for water production, treatment, storage, pumping, distribution system infrastructure, wastewater collection, treatment and reuse facilities. Interacts with outside citizens, agents, consultants, companies, and other employees at all levels, including engineers, surveyors, supervisors, managers, and skilled trade workers frequently. Compensation and Benefits
This is an exempt, full-time, classified position with full benefits. Hiring range 32: $39.29—$49.11 per hour.
Full long term range of the position extends to $58.94 per hour.
