For those who want a serious workout, Ashtanga may be the perfect yoga. Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga is physically demanding and where all power yoga starts.
Power Foundation or Ashtanga light is still a powerful class, but we break it in to a smaller bites, find the power of ashtanga in a milder way. We flow with a beginners intelligence opening the body with finesse rather then a crow bar :-)
Not just for ashtanga, but this class offers strong alignment in the flow of class that you can use in all other yoga practice.
