ECO Community Center Open House

Drop in to our ECO Community Center on Friday, April 17, between 9 am and 12 pm for an Open House. You can attend one or all of our 20-minute free sessions starting at 9 am, featuring beginner Yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi, and ending with a 15-minute tea ceremony. Learn more about our regular classes, offered on a donation basis, and meet our instructors. Bring a yoga mat or use one of ours. Light refreshments will be served.
