* LIGHT HAUL = 2eggs, Toast with Applewood smoked bacon, sausage links or patties.
* ELZY LAY = 2 freshly baked biscuits with your choice of plain sausage or chorizo gravy.
* ANN AND JOSIE = A bowl of pineapple, honeydew, oranges, cantaloupe and red grapes, served with a    cup of cottage cheese topped with granola crumbles upon request.
* FAST GET-AWAY = An overstuffed burrito with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and cheddar jack cheese    with your choice of chorizo, ham, turkey, corn beef, sausage or bacon.
* OUTLAW = An egg and sharp cheddar cheese sandwich topped with applewood smoked bacon, honey    ham or sausage patty on your choice of toast.
* SPANISH SCRAMBLE =   Scrambled eggs with ground beef, jalapenos, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, light    seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, and lime juice. Served with bacon, sausage  links or patties and choice of Toast.                                       
* SR. BREAKFAST = 1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon, sausage links or patties with hash browns or home fries         with choice of toast.
