Camp Pathways Golf Tournament 4-Person Scramble

Northern Arizona Hospice and the Hospice Promise Foundation 501(c)3 present the third annual: Camp Pathways Golf Tournament 4-Person Scramble. 100% of proceeds go to Hospice Promise Foundation in support of our third-annual Camp Pathways children's bereavement camp. This coming May 2025, the camp will be an overnight camp with Outdoor Adventure Encounters near Blazin' M in Cottonwood. We need your support for its success!

Taking place at Agave Highlands course in Cornville, there will be a shotgun start at 8:30a, registration 7:30a.

Golfers register individually or as a foursome for this 4-person scramble.
