ACF of Sedona Site Visit to Hope House of Sedona

Members of the community are invited to join the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona on a site visit of Hope House of Sedona. We will meet at the ACF of Sedona office and carpool over to the confidential site. This nonprofit provides transitional housing for homeless women with children in Sedona and the Verde Valley. They offer temporary housing, social services and support, meals, and transition plan programs to previously homeless children, youth, and adults.
