Barré Properties

I'm Ollie Barré, Designated Broker and owner of Barré Properties, a family-owned, third-generation Arizona brokerage that puts property management first. My family has worked in real estate since my grandmother sold homes in Los Angeles, and I've been licensed since 2007 — 20+ years across management, leasing, sales and investment.

I live in Cornville and manage homes across the Verde Valley — Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Cornville, Camp Verde, Sedona and Jerome — plus Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the Phoenix metro. Owners get one point of contact, monthly statements, vendors billed at real cost with no markups, and a flat 7% long-term management fee with no setup, renewal or inspection fees.

I also hold an active California broker license and help families relocating to the Verde Valley. Always glad to talk with a neighbor about a rental, second home or investment property.
