Local First Arizona Business Member Gathering - The State Bar, Cottonwood
Join Local First Arizona, Small Batch Wine and Spirits, Rainbow's End and The State Bar at the Old Town Square in Old Town Cottonwood for an evening networking opportunity and movie screening of The Big Short with fellow independent businesses, our community banks and credit unions, and local leaders on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., with an optional movie screening from 7:00 to 9:00
Local First Arizona hosts rotating member gatherings all around the state every month. Unlike your typical mixer, you won’t be shuffling business cards and hoping for leads. Rather, we are in the business of creating meaningful, genuine connections that build trust, loyalty, and business opportunities. Each event is carefully curated to bring out the best of Arizona, and connect members in a fun, casual setting.
In recognition of Community Banking Month, local businesses and community banks and credit unions are coming together in collaboration to shed some light on the importance of banking locally. Community banks and Credit Unions will be present to share more about their services and what they have to offer you and/or your business including Country Bank, Credit Union West, and Alliance Bank of Arizona.
Refreshments and networking will be paired with an energetic presentation on LFA news, events, and our statewide initiatives, with specific data and statistics on community banks and what they contribute to a healthy, local economy.
As part of this monthly event, we will also be screening The Big Short outside in Old Town Square from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. So bring a chair, and learn more about what really happened during the financial crisis of 2007–2008. This movie is based on real events and may not be suitable for children.
Businesses in attendance are welcome to bring an item to donate towards the raffle.
