Holy Fire Reiki Talk & Guided Meditation
Join reiki master Jackie Nairn for a discussion on what reiki is, what a session can do for someone, the history of reiki, and the qualities of the Holy Fire reiki that are different from prior reiki energies. A short guided meditation will follow so participants can feel the holy fire energy for themselves. Nairn is trained in the Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Ryoho tradition. Her reiki practice began two and half years ago after taking the reiki I class. She was led to reiki after the loss of her fiancé in 2015 and receiving reiki sessions helped her to move through the grief process. It has helped her to cope with her loss, to express her emotions, and to let go of them once expressed. Reiki continues to help her to heal and grow as a person and she truly enjoys sharing Reiki energy with others. The program will be held at the Cottonwood Public Library on Saturday, August 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Dede Ewald Room. The library is located at 100 S 6th St in Cottonwood.
